Operation:
1. The operator inserts the nozzle washer into the contractor threaded nozzle holder and turns it by hand until it is firmly fixed on the washer.
2. With all related equipment properly assembled and tested, the operator points the nozzle to the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start the blast.
3. The operator positions the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and moves smoothly in a manner that produces the desired cleanliness. Each pass should overlap slightly.
4. The operator must replace the nozzle once the hole wears beyond 0.16 inches of the original size.
