Silicon carbide SiC ceramic cover plate for classification, desliming, fines recovery, densifying and dewatering

Innovative and cost-saving: Use of the wear-resistant material immediately within the casing of the reliable centrifugal pump. SIC ceramic is used exactly in the zone in which the immediate wear occurs. The selective use of SiC ceramic in wear-intensive zones saves costs.

The Impeller is one of the most important parts of slurry pump. Centrifugal pumps need impeller to produce the centrifugal force which transfer the slurries. The centrifugal force is produced by the impeller which rotates to a certain speed.


Wet PartsWet parts, namely the pump parts have direct connection with slurry, are very crucial to the service life of slurry pumps. The wet parts, include impeller, liner, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, casing, etc., are very easily worn-out components because they work under longtime impact of abrassive and corrosive slurries in the high speed. For the long service life of pump parts, the material plays an important role here.Excellence

The reaction bonded silicion carbide ceramic ( RBSIC) is an ideal wear resistant material, which is especially suitable for the strong abrasive, coarse particles, classification, concentration, dehydration and other operations. Due to the above properties, the reaction bonded silicon carbide RBSIC wear resistant ceramic tubes can effectively protect the part from high wear so as to prolong the service life of the equipment.
