Description
Silicon Carbide Flame Tubes and Diffusers
Silicon carbide ceramic radiant tube,RbSiC SiSiC ceramic radiant tube
Reaction-bonded silicon carbide heat exchange tube, reaction-bonded silicon carbide radiant tube inner tube and outer tube assembly, applied to heat radiation indirect heating system. Reaction-bonded silicon carbide heat radiation indirect heating system is applied to some industrial furnaces, such as roller furnace, bogie furnace, etc. in such industries as steel and iron, stainless steeland non-ferrous metals.
Silicon Carbide Flame Tubes and Diffusers
The flame tubes (diffusers) function as a guide for the flow of combustion and combustion gas in single-ended radiant tube applications. The tube is a uniquely designed twisted tape flame tube, modified and developed for use in U-tubes and W-tubes. It protects radiant tubes by eliminating hot spots caused by direct flame impingement, ultimately increasing the service life of the radiant tube.
Sunshine shape can be custom engineered to promote excellent temperature uniformity.
