Replaceable silicon carbide cyclone and hydrocyclone liners are specifically engineered for classifying applications.

Liners are designed for highly abrasive ores processed such as coal, iron ore, gold,copper, cement, phosphate, sand and other hard rock mining.

With a variety of highly abrasion resistant compositions available, Sunshine ceramic cyclone and hydrocyclone liners allow for:

Sunshine employs a proprietary near-net shape process which yields custom, precision cast parts engineered to suit your specific needs.

Polyurethane Encased Liners

In addition, Sunshine Ceramics is able to offer a turn-key solution for hydrocyclone separators and other mineral processing equipment. Where required, our proprietary silicon carbide based formulations can be cast into complex shapes and then encased in polyurethane in-house, providing ease of installation, crack mitigation and added wear insurance,while delivering a complete solution from one vendor.

 High hardness RbSiC Silicon carbide cone, can be used in mining industry.  The cone is applicable as part of hydro cyclone. You can send us drawing of any kind of high hardness ceramic nozzles, spigot, apex so we can give you quotation.
