Product Overview

The Silicon Carbide Desanding Nozzle is a critical wear-resistant component used in hydrocyclones, sand separators, and solid-liquid separation systems. It is mainly installed at the underflow discharge outlet of hydrocyclones to control slurry discharge and separate sand, minerals, and solid particles from liquid streams.

Manufactured from Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSC / SiSiC), the desanding nozzle provides outstanding resistance to abrasion, erosion, corrosion, and high-temperature environments.

Compared with conventional metal nozzles, polyurethane nozzles, and ordinary ceramic materials, SiC desanding nozzles offer significantly longer service life, better dimensional stability, and lower maintenance frequency, making them an ideal solution for severe wear applications.
