The Silicon Carbide Desanding Nozzle is a critical wear-resistant component used in hydrocyclones, sand separators, and solid-liquid separation systems. It is mainly installed at the underflow discharge outlet of hydrocyclones to control slurry discharge and separate sand, minerals, and solid particles from liquid streams.
Manufactured from Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSC / SiSiC), the desanding nozzle provides outstanding resistance to abrasion, erosion, corrosion, and high-temperature environments.
