Product Overview

The hollow cone (whirlchamber-type) nozzle is an industrial spray nozzle that uses an internal whirlchamber to rotate the fluid at high speed, producing a hollow cone spray pattern. The spray forms a circular ring distribution with small droplet size and high flow capacity, making it ideal for applications requiring a combination of fine atomization and high flow rates.

How It Works

Pressurized liquid enters the internal whirlchamber, where it is set into high-speed rotational motion. As the liquid exits the orifice, centrifugal force creates a hollow cone spray pattern. The liquid is distributed primarily along the circular edge of the spray cross-section, leaving the center hollow, with fine and uniform droplet size.
