Product Overview

The deflected-type flat spray nozzle is a specially designed industrial nozzle that produces a uniform flat fan spray pattern using a deflector surface. Liquid is discharged through a round orifice and impacts the deflector plate, resulting in a flat spray with medium-sized droplets. The large free passage design significantly reduces the risk of clogging, making it ideal for liquids containing small amounts of particulate matter.

How It Works
Pressurized liquid is ejected at high speed from a round orifice and strikes the deflector surface positioned in front of the outlet. The deflector reorients and flattens the liquid stream into a fan-shaped spray with uniform distribution across the spray width.
