1. Introduction

The silicon carbide FGD swirl nozzle is a spray nozzle with a hollow conical single or double atomizer. The spray angle ranges from 90 degrees to 120 degrees, and the liquid flow rate ranges from 285 to 5900 liters per minute. With its high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, long service life, and other excellent characteristics, the silicon carbide FGD swirl nozzle is a key component in flue gas desulfurization, large-scale flue gas desulfurization in boilers, gas cooling, and other thermal power plant applications.
